1. According to the installed Office version, navigate to the following location:
- Outlook 2013 (32bit) & Windows (32bit): C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15
- Outlook 2013 (32bit) & Windows (64bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15
- Outlook 2013 (64bit) & Windows (64bit): C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15
- Outlook 2010 (32bit) & Windows (32bit): C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14
- Outlook 2010 (32bit) & Windows (64bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14

2. Right click at the Office application ("WINWORD.EXE", "EXCEL.EXE", "POWERPNT.EXE") where you face the "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" issue and select Properties.
4. At Compatibility tab, click Change settings for all users:

a. Uncheck the "Run this program in compatibility mode…" checkbox.
b. Uncheck the "Run the program as an administrator" checkbox.
C. Click OK twice to close all windows.
6. Now launch the Office application. The "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" should be gone. *
