1.Right-click in an empty area on the desktop then select New > Shortcut.

2.Under “type the location of the item” field copy and paste the following then click Next:

4.Press Windows Key + E to open File Explorer then copy & paste the following into the explorer address bar and hit Enter:

5.Here you will see the folders: Group 1, Group 2, and Group 3.

5.Once you decided in which section you want to display Control Panel shortcut simply double-click on that group, for example, let’s say Group 2.

6.Copy the Control Panel shortcut you created in step 3 then paste it inside Group 2 folder (or the group you selected).

7.When you’re done, close everything and reboot your PC to save changes.

8.After restart, press Windows Key + X to open WinX menu and there you would see the Control Panel shortcut.
