The other day I ended up watching a few shows on Netflix that would embarrass me if anyone knew that I'd watched them. For the curious, it was a dedicated to baking cakes and other kinds of food porn.
I don't want that show to pop up on my "Because you watch..." or "Continue watching..." lists on Netflix the next time my friends are over and we're all gathered to watch a movie. If only there was a way to wipe those shows off my history...
...and it turns out there is!
The steps are surprisingly simple:
- Log onto the Netflix website.
- At the top right, navigate to Your Account.
- In the My Profile section, click Viewing Activity.
- Now you can click the X next to any episode or movie to delete it from your watch history.
Unfortunately there's no way to clear the entire list at once, unless you delete your Netflix profile.
