Just a week after being officially confirmed, Telegram Premium has now launched Apple’s iOS devices with other platforms, such as Windows, expected to follow within the coming days (or even hours.)
The App Store listing for the iOS Telegram app confirms that the monthly price for Telegram’s new subscription service is indeed $4.99. This price is in USD so will vary from region-to-region. For example, here in Australia, Telegram Premium costs $7.49 (AUD) a month.
The release notes for the latest iOS app update reveal all of the Telegram Premium features that subscribers can expect to benefit from. The notes also make mention of Telegram having now reached the 700 million user mark. An impressive milestone indeed.

iOS users can sign up for Telegram Premium via the Settings menu within the app. The option should be available within the Telegram Windows desktop app once it receives an update in the near future.
