Well, if you have upgraded to Windows 10, and now no longer wish to continue to be a part of the Insider program, then you can leave the Windows Insider Program easily via the Windows 10 Settings app. If you installed Windows 10 final version, then you will notice that you are no longer a part of the Insider program, by default.
We have seen how to sign up for Windows Insider Program & get Windows 10 Insider Preview Builds, now let’s see what to do if you want to leave the program.
Leave Windows Insider Program

On Insider builds or on a system that is still a part of the Insider program, you have to do the following to leave the Insider program.
Open Windows 10 Settings app > Update and Security > Windows Insider Program.
Toggle the switch against Stop getting Insider/Preview builds to the On position. That’s it!
If you wish to, later on, re-join the Insider program, you can simply toggle the switch to Off.
If you wish you can also stay in the Insider Program, but set getting updates to Release Preview instead of “Slow” or Fast“. This way you will get a relatively stable almost-final build, and you can continue to enjoy the latest in Windows 10.

If you wish to leave the Insider program permanently, you may also Unlink your Microsoft Account and disable the Windows Insider Service.
