The IntlChar::isIDStart() function is used to check whether the entered character is permissible since the first character is anidentifier or not.
Syntax
bool IntlChar::isIDStart(val)
Parameters
val − A character or integer value encoded as a UTF-8 string.
Return
The IntlChar::isIDStart()function returns TRUE if val is an identifier character.
