Let’s see the steps.
Steps:
- Firstly, search for Printers & scanners in your Windows Search.
- Secondly, select Printers & scanners.
Now, your Printers & scanners settings will open.
- After that, select your printer. Here, I selected my printer which is HP LaserJet Pro M12w.
- Next, select Manage.
- After that, select Printing preferences.
Now, you will get a dialog box.
- Next, select Custom to make a custom size.
Custom Paper Size dialog box will appear.
- Firstly, write the Name for your custom size.
- Secondly, select the Width.
- Thirdly, select the Height.
- Finally, select Save.
Now, go to your Excel file.
- Firstly, select the File tab.
- Secondly, select Print.
- Thirdly, select the Printer where you set your custom size.
- After that, select the drop-down option for Page Size.
Now, a drop-down menu will appear.
- Next, select the custom Page Size you want. Here, I selected new size (which I created earlier).
Here, in the Print Preview, you can see how the page will look on the selected Page Size after printing.

💬 Things to Remember
- It should be noted that the custom page size is not a feature of Excel.
- To customize the paper size you will need a Printer connected to your device.
