Microsoft has just released the Windows 11 Preview build 22463 for Insiders in the Dev Channel. Once again, this new flight brings no major changes, but there are a lot of bug fixes as well as improvements for File Explorer, the Settings Apps, Focus Assist, and more.
If the issue causing Taskbar icons to appear misaligned and/or cut has been bothering you, Microsoft has finally fixed it in that build. However, the Start Menu, the Taskbar, and Windows Search may are still a bit buggy in this build.

The Windows Insider team reiterated today that it may take some time before Dev Channel Insiders get the chance to test new Windows 11 capabilities. "New features and OS improvements from these builds could show up in future Windows releases when theyre ready, and we may deliver them as full OS updates or servicing releases," the team wrote.
