As expected, Microsoft has split the Dev and Beta Windows Insider channels again as the latest Windows 11 22H2 release gets closer to "rtm," and the Dev channel begins to move on with an eye toward future releases.
First up is the Beta Channel release, build 22621. ISOs are available for this build, and the build includes a short list of fixes including improved voice activation detection, a File Explorer issue affecting Google Drive, a Taskbar crashing issue, and a Smart App Control issue, along with some continued known issues with live captions.
Build 25115, which is the new Dev Channel build with the requisite jump in build numbers (remember that if you take this build, you won't be able to go back to the Beta Channel without a full reinstall).

Along with the same list of fixes and known issues present in 22621 (above), 25115 includes one new caveat for gamers:
25115 is not available for ARM64 PCs.
