  • From Audio/Video Remote Control (Target) To Microsoft Bluetooth Avrcp Transport Driver
  • From Hands-Free Profile To Microsoft Bluetooth Hands-Free Profile AudioGateway role

Alternatively, you may Run Windows Update and look for Driver & Optional Updates. You may want to install the Driver updates if any are offered.
